By accessing or using Chess by Max Health ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Chess by Max Health is a free chess application that runs inside an AI assistant. You can play against the built-in engine, against the assistant itself, or against other people, and have your games analysed afterwards.

No account required

The Service does not require registration, login, or any form of user account. You choose a temporary username when entering the lobby. This username is not stored after your session ends.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You will not:

• Disrupt or interfere with the Service or other players' experience
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond its intended use
• Use automated tools to spam the lobby or abuse game sessions
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Service will be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Health Inc. and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service.

No purchases

The Service is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, premium tiers, or paid features.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
